If you need delivery, we use a fixed or pre-quoted shipping charge so you know the cost before the order is confirmed.

Charges depend on size, weight and destination. Staff will confirm the shipping cost with you before confirming the order.

In Hong Kong we can arrange delivery or collection at an agreed place; details are confirmed on WhatsApp or in store.

Damage in transit is generally handled under the courier’s terms. Please check the parcel on arrival and tell us promptly if there is a problem.
